About PulseTickets

PulseTickets is a free Discord ticket bot that does something most bots in its category don't: it gives you a real, bidirectional web inbox where staff can read and reply to tickets from a browser, with every action syncing instantly to Discord and back.

The gap this fills is a real one. Most Discord ticket bots either have no web interface at all, or a read-only dashboard that just mirrors what's already happened. PulseTickets was built from scratch around the premise that managing tickets should work from wherever you are, not only from inside a Discord client.

It's completely free. Not free-to-start with features gated behind a premium tier, but genuinely free, including the web inbox, analytics, searchable transcripts, unlimited tickets, priority and SLA tracking, smart automation, and everything else the feature list describes. There is no other tier because the goal was never to build a subscription business around ticket management software.

What PulseTickets gives your server

Live web inbox

Staff reply to tickets from the browser. Messages sync to Discord in real time, and Discord replies show up on the web instantly.

Flexible ticket surfaces

Use private channels, private threads, or switch between them any time. The bot handles both, your server picks which.

Real analytics

Ticket volume, response and resolution times, staff performance, and CSAT trends on a live dashboard that updates as events happen.

Granular access control

Staff roles gate individual categories, not the whole system. Billing tickets only reach billing staff. Every action is logged.

Built differently by design

Most ticket bots are add-ons to Discord. PulseTickets treats Discord and the web dashboard as equal surfaces for the same support workflow. Staff can triage from the dashboard, reply from Discord, add internal notes from either, and the state stays consistent.

Transcripts are stored in a real database from the moment a message is sent, not generated as a static file when a ticket closes. That means edits and deleted messages are captured, and every ticket in history is full-text searchable from the dashboard.

The bot is multi-guild from the ground up. Server isolation, per-guild configuration, per-category staff roles, and the entire admin interface all assume you might be running this across more than one Discord community.

Part of the Pulse ecosystem

PulseTickets is one product under PulseSystems, an umbrella for free tools built for Discord and FiveM roleplay communities. The other products include PulseMDT (a law enforcement management system for FiveM RP servers), Pulse RP (a bot and dashboard duo for staff applications, duty tracking, and events), and Pulse Convert (a GTA5 mod to FiveM resource converter).

The common thread is that all of them are completely free, built for communities where the people running the server are doing it as a hobby, not a job.
