Service
PulseTickets provides Discord ticket panels, ticket channels or threads, web inbox replies, transcripts, ticket notes, tags, claims, ratings, analytics, automations, FAQs, quick replies, staff availability, blacklists, and dashboard settings for Discord servers.
Responsibilities
Server owners and staff are responsible for ticket configuration, category questions, permissions, support replies, private ticket content, staff notes, transcripts, and user treatment. Do not use PulseTickets for harassment, illegal activity, collecting sensitive information without permission, spam, or violating Discord rules.
Access and Moderation
Access is controlled through Discord login, guild membership, roles, and dashboard permissions. We may suspend accounts, remove guilds, limit features, delete abusive content, or revoke bot access to protect the service, users, or Discord communities.
No Warranty
PulseTickets is provided as-is. Discord APIs, realtime delivery, message logs, transcripts, and analytics may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or changed. Keep separate records for critical support or compliance needs.
Liability and Contact
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, moderation disputes, Discord outages, or support outcomes. Contact Pulse Systems through official support links. These terms are not legal advice.
