Information We Collect
Discord login may store your Discord ID, username, avatar, email if provided, login count, ban status, roles, guild membership, and session data. The bot may cache guilds, roles, channels, members, permissions, and staff roles needed for access control.
Ticket features may store panel/category settings, form answers, opener IDs and usernames, ticket messages, edited/deleted message markers, staff notes, tags, participants, claims, canned responses, blacklists, ratings, review answers, keyword rules, FAQs, quick replies, analytics, staff availability, and audit logs.
How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate users, authorize dashboards, create and sync tickets, mirror Discord and web messages, generate transcripts, provide analytics, enforce settings, prevent abuse, and support server admins.
Visibility
Ticket content is visible to authorized server staff, ticket participants, and users with relevant Discord or dashboard permissions. Server owners control many retention and access decisions for their communities.
Retention and Sharing
Ticket data remains while needed for the server, dashboard, analytics, audit, backup, legal, or security purposes unless deleted by authorized staff or removed for abuse. We share data with Discord and with hosting, database, realtime, security, and support providers needed to run the service.
Contact
Ask your server owner for ticket-content requests. Contact Pulse Systems through official support links for account-level privacy questions.
